# How to check my notification history

From your Client Area, you can see all system-generated notifications and alerts, including billing notices, service activations, and expiration reminders, among others.\

To view your notification and alert history, follow these steps

1. Log in to your Client Area. If you don't remember how to log in, follow this link: How to access the Client Area. [Como acceder al Área de Cliente](/menu-principal/guias/area-de-cliente/acceso-al-area-de-clientes.md)
2. In your Client Area, click on your client name at the top right. A menu will open. Select 'Received Emails'

3. You’ll see all system-generated notifications and alerts, including our replies to support tickets. Click on them to view the message content

4. You can also check your support ticket history by going to 'Support' and selecting 'Tickets'.
