You have several ways to contact us:
Contact us on WhatsApp Web by clicking the icon in the bottom right of our website.
Support ticket :
Support tickets are queries you can start from your Client Area. Each response will be sent to your email, and you can continue the conversation by replying to the email or checking the ticket in your Client Area. Follow these steps to open a support ticket:
Log in to your Client Area. If you don't remember how, follow this link: Como acceder al Γrea de Cliente
Click the 'Open Ticket' button.
You'll find three support departments. Open a ticket in the right one, and we'll get back to you soon.
When opening a ticket, you'll see your details, the department, service, and response priority
Below, you'll see the text editor to write your query
Attach images of settings or error screens to help with technical issues.
Once your query is written, click 'Send'. You'll get responses in your email.
How to find a previous ticket:
Go to 'Support' and click 'Tickets' to view your history.
