# How to enter the Corporate Email control panel?

There are two ways to access the control panel:

* Access from your Client Area.
* Access via web address.

Below we will explain both access methods:

### Access from your Client Area

1. Log in to your [**Client Area**](https://help.sitioshispanos.com/menu-principal/guias/area-de-cliente/acceso-al-area-de-clientes) and click on **Services**, then on **My Services**.

2. Look for the **Corporate Email** plan in the list of contracted plans, click on the name of your plan.

3. On the new screen, in the **Actions** box on the left, you will see the option to access the **cPanel** control panel of your plan.

In the center of the screen, under **Technical Information**, you will see the web addresses for direct access.\
You will also see the **username** for the control panel.\
The **password** will be sent to you via email when the service is activated.

At the bottom of the same screen, you will see the **Quick Shortcuts** box. Clicking on any of the icons will also take you to the control panel of your account.

### Access via web address

Simply type the domain of your account in the following way (replacing it with your domain):

`https://www.mycorporateemailsh.com/cpanel`

Alternatively, you can access with this address:

`https://www.mycorporateemailsh.com:2087`

If it is your first time accessing the control panel, first log in from your **Client Area** to view your **username**. You will find it in the **Technical Information** box.
