How to enter the Corporate Email control panel?

There are two ways to access the control panel:

• Access from your Client Area.

• Access via web address.

Below we will explain both access methods:

Access from your Client Area

1. Log in to your Client Area and click on Services, then on My Services.

1. Look for the Corporate Email plan in the list of contracted plans, click on the name of your plan.

1. On the new screen, in the Actions box on the left, you will see the option to access the cPanel control panel of your plan.

In the center of the screen, under Technical Information, you will see the web addresses for direct access. You will also see the username for the control panel. The password will be sent to you via email when the service is activated.

At the bottom of the same screen, you will see the Quick Shortcuts box. Clicking on any of the icons will also take you to the control panel of your account.

Access via web address

Simply type the domain of your account in the following way (replacing it with your domain):

https://www.mycorporateemailsh.com/cpanel

Alternatively, you can access with this address:

https://www.mycorporateemailsh.com:2087

If it is your first time accessing the control panel, first log in from your Client Area to view your username. You will find it in the Technical Information box.

Remember that you can also access any of your email accounts via webmail by typing this web address (replacing it with your domain): https://www.mycorporateemailsh.com/webmail
