# How to set up automatic email responses?

Automatic responses or autoresponder can be configured from the control panel.

1. In the **cPanel** control panel, go to **Autoresponders** under the **Email** section.

2. First, choose the domain for which you will generate the **Autoresponder** under **Managing**. Then press **Add Autoresponder** to create it.

3. Configuring the **Autoresponder** is quite simple. The form will ask for an email address to generate the automatic responses, the sender's name, the subject, and the message body to be sent.

4. You can set the time when the **Autoresponder** will be activated and when it will end. This can be configured in the **Start** and **Stop** options.
5. Finally, press the **Create** button, and the autoresponse will be created.
