Automatic forwarding or autoresponder can be set up from the control panel.
Access the control panel of your Corporate Email plan by following this guide:
In the cPanel control panel, go to Autoresponders under the Email section.
On the configuration screen, select the domain that will generate your forwarders. Then, choose Add Forwarder to forward emails from a specific mailbox to another one, or Add Domain Forwarder to have all mailboxes in your domain forward to the same mailboxes in another domain.
Let's look at the two options in detail:
The individual forwarder will require you to set up the mailbox that will forward your emails and the mailbox to which it will forward them.
Click the Add Forwarder button to save your forwarder.
The domain forwarder allows you to forward all emails received in the mailboxes of your domain to the same mailboxes in another domain.
For example, if you have a mailbox info@, all emails received will be forwarded to info@anotherdomain. You do not need to configure this type of linkage, it will be done automatically. You just need to configure the domain to which you will forward your emails.
Click the Add Domain Forwarder button to save your forwarder.
It is not recommended to configure a single receiving mailbox or use this method as a Catch All.
