To modify options for a mailbox, you will need to access the Plesk control panel, from your Customer Area.
If you do not remember how to access the Plesk control panel, follow the steps in this link.
If your hosting plan uses cPanel, you can find its guide at this link.
In the Plesk control panel, select the Mail option from the left menu. You will see the list of created mailboxes, the space they occupy, and a button to delete them.
Access the mailbox you want to modify its parameters.
In the new screen, you will see several options that you can modify:
The name of the mailbox
A secondary mailbox for password recovery
Changing the password of the mailbox
The maximum space limit that the mailbox can occupy.
By pressing the ACCEPT button, you will save the changes made.
