How to cancel a service?

To deactivate a plan or service, follow these steps:

Log in to your Client Area. If you don't remember how to log in, follow this link: Como acceder al Área de Cliente

  1. In your Client Area, click 'Services' in the menu and select 'My Services'

  1. Click the plan or service you want to deactivate

  1. Select 'Request Service Deactivation' from the Actions menu on the Product Details screen

  1. On the cancellation screen, you'll see the following info:

  • The plan or service you want to deactivate."

  • There’s a box to share why you’re deactivating. This helps us improve

  • Choose immediate or end-of-period deactivation.

  • Click 'Request Service Cancellation' to proceed
