To view the error logs that your website may be generating, follow these steps:

* Log in to your account control panel and then go to the **Files=>File Manager** section.

<div data-gb-custom-block data-tag="hint" data-style='info'>

You can learn how to access the **File Manager** [in this guide](../file-manager/how-to-access-file-manager-in-cpanel.md).

</div>

1. In the **File Manager**, navigate to the **logs** directory.
2. Look for the error logs file. It will be in the format: **yourdomain_com.php.error.log**\
   Right-click on the file and select the **View** option from the menu.

<figure><img src="../../../../.gitbook/assets/LogsErroresCpanel01.png" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

* You will see the content of the error log.

<figure><img src="../../../../.gitbook/assets/LogsErroresCpanel02.png" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

* Keep in mind that sometimes this file can take up a lot of GB due to information accumulation. In these cases, you may not be able to view the file.\
  Contact technical support to investigate the error in these cases.
