# How to access email accounts via webmail with Plesk?
Below, we will show you how to check your email boxes using **Plesk**'s **Webmail**.

### Access from the Control Panel
1. Enter this web address in your browser to access the **Plesk** Control Panel:\
`https://windows10.webhosting-network-services.com:8443`
2. Once in the **Plesk** control panel, look for the **Mail** option in the left menu and click on it
3. On this screen, you will find the list of created email boxes. Click on the **Mail Settings** tab.
4. Finally, enter your email box details on the **Login** screen.
### **Access from my Customer Area**
1. In your [**Customer Area**](https://github.com/sitioshispanos/gitbook-helpdesk-en/blob/master/guias/customer-area/accessing-customer-area.md), go to **Services** and then to **My Services**
2. From the list of hosting plans, select the one you want to check the email box for
3. On the new screen, you will find the **Quick Shortcuts** option. Access your email boxes
4. Access the **Plesk** control panel. Look for the **Mail** option in the left menu and click on it.
5. On this screen, you will find the list of created email boxes. Click on the **Mail Settings** tab.
6. Finally, enter your email box details on the **Login** screen
