How to access the File Manager in Plesk?

You will find the File Manager in the main screen of the control panel. You can access it from the Files button marked at point 1 or from the left menu, marked at point 2.

The File Manager is very similar to that of your operating system and will allow you to perform actions such as downloading and uploading files, editing them, changing permissions, etc.
