# How to manage my Cloud from my Client Area?

Here we will show you how to view information about your service, consumption statistics, and how to restart it, all from your [Client Area](https://github.com/sitioshispanos/gitbook-helpdesk-en/blob/master/guias/client-area/accessing-client-area.md).

1. First, go to **Services** in the gray menu, and then to **My Services**.
2. Then, if you click on your cloud, you will be able to see its information and controls.

On the management screen of your cloud, you will see the following:

1. General information about your cloud, such as expiration dates, payment cycle, price, etc.
2. Hardware information of the cloud.
3. The server status, whether it is active or inactive.
4. In the Actions menu, you can change the password of your cloud, turn it on, turn it off, restart it, etc. Some of these options will also be seen below.
5. In this section, you will see information on accessing the control panel of your cloud, in case you have cPanel/WHM. You will also see the IP number of your server.

Below, you will see more information about your server. This panel may take a few seconds to appear. In this section, you will see the following:

1. The Hostname and IP number of your server.
2. The installed operating system and its version.
3. The status of your server and its IP number again.
4. Controls to turn off, turn on, restart, or shut down your cloud completely.
5. The **General** tab will show you consumption information of your cloud.
6. You will see disk space consumption and its maximum space.
7. You will see consumed bandwidth and monthly limit.
8. Lastly, you will see CPU usage. This is useful for monitoring possible overloads.

In the **Graphs** tab, selecting **Bandwidth Statistics**, you will see bandwidth consumption statistics.

In the **Graphs** tab, if you choose the **System Statistics** option, you will see CPU consumption statistics.

Finally, in the **Tasks and Logs** tab, selecting the **State Logs** option, you will see the log of actions and states of your server. Here you will see if there was a restart, shutdown, or change of server status.
