# How to open a support ticket

To open a support ticket, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Client Area. If you don't remember how, follow this link: [Como acceder al Área de Cliente](/menu-principal/guias/area-de-cliente/acceso-al-area-de-clientes.md)
2. In your Client Area, click the 'Open Ticket' button

3. You'll find three support departments. Open a ticket in the right one, and we'll get back to you soon.
