How to open a support ticket

To open a support ticket, follow these steps:
Log in to your Client Area. If you don't remember how, follow this link: Como acceder al Γrea de Cliente
In your Client Area, click the 'Open Ticket' button
You'll find three support departments. Open a ticket in the right one, and we'll get back to you soon.

Clear problem description: Describe the issue as clearly as possible. If the problem occurred after following a series of steps, list each one in order without omitting any.
Current environment: Mention the environment where the problem occurs, such as the operating system version, email client, web browser, or application used to upload and generate content.
Recent changes: If the issue appeared after making a change (like updating or installing software, or modifying settings), be sure to mention it.
Screenshots: Attach screenshots of the issue. This will help us understand the context and provide a faster, more accurate solution.
