How to open a support ticket
To open a support ticket, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Client Area. If you don't remember how, follow this link: Como acceder al Área de Cliente 
- In your Client Area, click the 'Open Ticket' button 

- You'll find three support departments. Open a ticket in the right one, and we'll get back to you soon.
