How to cancel the service?

Once inside the Client Area go to the Services=>My Services section and then choose the plan you want to cancel.

On the management page for that product you will see, on the left, a box called Actions. One of the options is Request Service Cancellation.

By clicking that option you will be able to cancel the selected hosting account.
