What is the email sending limit?

All hosting plans have a limit on the number of emails that can be sent per hour.

This is necessary to prevent possible spam cases and to maintain the good reputation of your domains and email accounts.

The email limit applies to all mailboxes within the same hosting account. The sum of all emails sent by all email accounts must not exceed the hourly email limit.

These limits reset every hour. If you exceed this sending limit at a given time you will receive a bounce notifying you.

After the hour has passed, the limit will reset and the email will be unblocked if it was blocked.

You can check the hourly email limits for each plan by visiting our website:

cPanel Plans:

Plesk Plans:

Below the boxes for our hosting plans you will see a button Compare Plans.

Click to see the limit for Emails per hour of each plan.

You will find the email limits under the item Maximum Sends per Hour.
