How to set up automatic email responses?

Below, we will show you how to configure an automatic email response.

Follow these steps to create an automatic response for your email accounts:

Accessing Autoresponders

1) Log in to your Client Area and click Services, then My Services.

2) From the list of hosting plans you have, open the one where you want to enable Autoresponders.

3) On the new screen you will see, in the Actions box on the left, the option to access the cPanel control panel.

You will also see, in the central Technical Information box, the direct link to the panel from your browser.

4) Once in the cPanel control panel, go to Autoresponders in the Email section.

5) First, choose the domain you will use to create the Autoresponders, if you have more than one. Then click Add Autoresponder to create it.

6) The configuration of the Autoresponder is quite simple. The form will ask for the email account that will generate the automatic responses, the sender’s name, the subject, and the body of the message to send.

You can configure when the Autoresponders will start and when they will end. You can set this in the Start and Stop options.

Finally, click the Create button to create the autoresponder.
