How to create a commercial page with a Shopping Cart?

In this section we'll show you how to create a page for your business and how to add a shopping cart.

When you are designing your site and want to add a section to sell your products, in the Constructor Web you will have the option “Commerce”.

A menu with several options will open. In this case, we will select Commerce to start creating the page.

Before continuing, we’ll show you an important aspect before uploading products: choosing the currency to be used on your website. In the right-hand menu, under the “Store” section, you’ll find the “Tools” section.

Among the various options to configure, in the Price section you will find the possibility to select the currency that the site will use. The Argentine pesos currency has the format ARS.

Now then, we continue with uploading products to your site. You will see that when selecting the Commerce segment on the page, the options menu to configure will open on the right. We will show you how to edit/upload products here.

The next screen that opens will allow you to perform a variety of actions: from deleting the sample images that the builder loads, to uploading your own and editing the content of each item.

All options in the image above are editable. For example, in “Website Categories (Filter)” you can create your own custom filters.

(1) => Takes you to a screen where you can upload a new product image.

(2) => Deletes the uploaded image.

Similarly to the beginning of this guide, you can add the “shopping cart” to your website. Again, you must place the cursor in the desired location on the site and then click on the Commerce button. You can also drag that button to the desired location. Finally, you must choose the cart design you prefer:

Once the design is chosen, you can start configuring this section of the website:

Some points to keep in mind:

Inside the Store menu, in the configuration of your Shopping Cart, there are several advanced options that you must set up personally.

• Payment Gateways: there are several options here; you should edit the ones you use.

• Receipts: Here you will be able to generate Receipts/Invoices to provide to customers who make purchases on your website.

• Shipping Method: Here you will configure the shipping methods you have for distributing your products.
