Previous Stacks

The catalogue was reorganised into families. The Stacks that existed before, one per name, were discontinued. This includes the packaged applications (WordPress, WooCommerce, Moodle, Drupal, Joomla, PrestaShop, Matomo, Nextcloud and Odoo) and the React templates.

If you already have a Stack installed

It keeps working unchanged. Nothing on your server is modified.

If you later want to move it to its family while keeping the data, use the conversion:

bash
docker-deploy-stack --convert /root/stack/java/spring-mysql --dry-run
docker-deploy-stack --convert /root/stack/java/spring-mysql --yes

With --dry-run it only reports. The conversion makes a backup, keeps your application, your .env and your data, and can be undone with ./convert.sh rollback from the Stack directory.

If you delete the Stack and install it again

These names keep working and are installed from their family with the same versions they had:

Previous name Family Language Database
php5.6-mysql PHP PHP 5 MySQL 5.6
php8.3-mariadb PHP PHP 8 MariaDB 11.4
tomcat-mysql Tomcat Tomcat 9.0 / Java 8 MariaDB 10.11
tomcat-postgres Tomcat Tomcat 9.0 / Java 8 PostgreSQL 16
spring-mysql Spring Java 21 MySQL 8.4
spring-postgres Spring Java 21 PostgreSQL 17
flask-mysql Flask Python 3.10 MariaDB 10.11
flask-mongo Flask Python 3.10 MongoDB 4.4
flask-redis Flask Python 3.10 Redis 7.4
nodejs-redis Express Node.js 14 Redis 7.4
nextjs-postgres-prisma Next.js Node.js 20 PostgreSQL 16
aspnet-postgres ASP.NET Core .NET 8.0 PostgreSQL 16

The other previous names no longer exist as a Stack of their own. If you type flask, django or nextjs, the installer answers that it does not know it: use the family’s full identifier (for example flask-python-postgres).
