How do I add credit to my account?

Currently the Área de Cliente does not allow depositing funds in advance. This feature is not enabled at the moment.

Notice informing that advance deposits are not allowed — At the moment it is not possible to add credit manually from the Área de Cliente.

To pay for a service, pay the corresponding proforma invoice from Facturación > Mis facturas. If your account already has a credit balance, it will be automatically applied to new eligible invoices.
